Unfortunately, we can not guarantee you will get a same-day order if the proper information is not submitted to our team before our last call. Thank you very much for your understanding.
Please note that we are not able to deliver any order past 10 PM as per state law. Please make sure to have your full-menu order submitted before the last call for your area. If for any reason you were unable to submit your full-menu order before then, please give us a call and we can provide options from our express delivery menu or set you up for a pre-order for the following day.
Please advise that CA state sales tax is not included and it will be reflected on your final receipt at the time of delivery.

Due to state regulations, we are not permitted to exchange or return any product unless it is a factory defect. Please advise that all factory defects must be reported within 24 hours of your order. In case your product is delivered with a factory defect, it will be processed as a credit towards your next order. Thank you very much for your understanding.

We have a 100% transparency standard when it comes to pricing. What you see, is what you pay plus the CA State Sales Tax. Excise tax is included in the product price and we pay for your other local taxes. With us, you’ll pay less and get more for every order!
You can make payments using cash or debit card. Alternatively, if you prefer, you have the option to split the payment, paying half
in cash and the other half with your card.
Please take note:
- For debit card payments, there will be a nominal fee of $3.50 as an ATM charge. To ensure convenience, order totals will be
rounded up to the nearest 10 dollars. For example, if your order total is $104, the charge will be $110. Rest assured, any change
due to you will be promptly returned. - If you choose to pay in cash, we kindly request that you prepare the exact payment if possible.- When receiving your orders, please have your identification card ready.

For LA COUNTY, please visit this link. You must reside in the California county where the application is submitted. You will need to provide current documentation with your application, as follows:
- A copy of your medical recommendation.
- Proof of identity. This can be a valid California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) driver license or identification (ID) card or other valid government-issued photo ID card.
- Proof of residency, such as:
- Rental or mortgage agreement,
- Utility bill, or
- California DMV motor vehicle registration.
Once you have your current documentation gathered, please contact the Health Department in your county of residence to make an appointment. There, you will be asked to:
- Pay the fee required by your county program (not to exceed $100). Medi-Cal beneficiaries will receive a 50 percent reduction in the application fee (not to exceed $50), and the fees shall be waived for indigent patients who are eligible for and participate in the County Medical Services Program.
- Either have your photo taken at the county’s program office or provide an electronic photo at the discretion of the Health Department. This photo will appear on your MMIC.
